Online Store Credits

  • Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Not valid for use as pre-order deposits
  • Items purchased with store credit are final sale
  • We reserve the right to declare a store credit null or void after the expiry date

 

Faulty Items

We pride ourselves on exceptional garment care and do our best to ensure each item is in perfect condition before you receive it. However, we may miss something. If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your delivery. We may ask for photos of the garment to determine if it is deemed faulty or not.

Out of Stock

Mixed Lollies makes every effort to ensure that our online store reflects the true availability of our stock. However, sometimes an item shown to be available is out of stock. In this event we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a full refund of your purchase price.

If an item, you want is out of stock or you want a size that is not available feel free to contact us. We may be able to get it for you. A request order may require a deposit.

Delivery & Shipping Information

  • Express shipping is $15 Flat Rate For All  orders
  • Please allow 2/3 days for express shipping
  • Please allow up to 10 days for standard delivery orders
  • Delivery is via Australia Post
  • Once delivery is made the responsibility of the parcel rests with the buyer
  • Mixed Lollies accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen parcels once delivered.
  • We will provide you with tracking information for your parcel once it is sent
  • international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once they arrive in your country, these charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer as the importer of the goods. please check these costs before purchasing, as we are unable to cover or refund any customs or import charges
  • Please note: that all the Ikuntji brand purchases are finale. once purchased all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any Ikuntji brand items, please ensure you check sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.
