Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t turn out as you hoped when purchasing online!

Mixed Lollies is happy to offer an exchange, or online store credit in cases where the item was not quite right.

We do Not Offer Refunds unless the item is faulty

Returns must be sent back within 7 days of delivery and be sent Express post. We strongly recommend that all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure they can be returned within our returns time frame.

Items must be in their original condition with ALL tags attached correctly.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that we believe is not of merchantable quality and/or has been worn, washed or altered. Garments soiled with makeup or tanning products will not be accepted for return. If we suspect the item has been worn, we will refuse your return.

There are NO returns on sale items.

For health and hygiene reasons we DO NOT accept returns on accessories, intimates or swimwear.

Shipping expenses for returns are the responsibility of the sender unless the item is faulty 

We ship all items via Australia post Express and take every step to ensure that you receive your item in a safe and timely manner , however we do not take responsibility for late delivery or lost / damaged items in transit .
